DroneMissions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and the software platform Dronemissions.eu, managed by DroneMissions B.V.. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Article 1

Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Platform / Website: Dronemissions.eu, including all services and functionalities.
  • User: any natural or legal person who uses the platform.
  • Drone operator: a user who uploads or shares drone imagery via the platform.

Article 2

Applicability

These terms apply to all services and software functionalities of Dronemissions.eu. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 3

Access and use of the platform

  1. The platform is available online and accessible via the website.
  2. Users are responsible for creating and maintaining the security of their account details.
  3. Sharing accounts with third parties is at your own risk and is at all times logged.

Article 4

Accounts and registration

  1. Registration is required for certain functionalities.
  2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. DroneMissions B.V. reserves the right to delete accounts in the event of a breach of terms or misuse.

Article 5

Intellectual property

  1. All software, texts, images, models, and other content on the platform are the property of DroneMissions B.V. or third parties.
  2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or disclose content from the platform without permission.
  3. Drone operators remain the owners of their own drone imagery, but grant the platform a right of use to display and process the imagery within the services.

Article 6

Liability

  1. Sharing previews, models, or accounts is at your own risk. DroneMissions B.V. is not liable for this.
  2. The quality, safety, and reliability of drone imagery are entirely the responsibility of the drone operator.
  3. DroneMissions B.V. is not liable for indirect damages, such as missed opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption.
  4. If liability is legally required, it is limited to direct damages and a maximum amount of 500 euros per incident.

Article 7

Availability of the platform

  1. DroneMissions B.V. strives for a stable platform, but cannot guarantee availability.
  2. Maintenance, updates, or malfunctions may lead to temporary unavailability.

Article 8

Privacy and data

  1. Processing of personal data takes place according to our Privacy Statement.
  2. By using the platform, you agree to the storage and processing of data as described therein.

Article 9

Amendments

DroneMissions B.V. may amend these terms. Amendments will be published on the website and take effect immediately. It is the user’s responsibility to check the terms regularly.

Article 10

Applicable law and disputes

  1. Dutch law applies to these terms.
  2. Disputes shall preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If necessary, the competent court in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction.
